Order Processing and Shipping

Shipping Time: In-stock items generally arrive within 3-7 business days.
Shipping Carriers: We use UPS Ground and FedEx Ground for deliveries.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your items upon delivery for any visible damage. If any damage is observed, please note it on the delivery receipt. If you find any missing or damaged items, report them within 48 hours to ensure prompt resolution.

Order Refusal Policy
Orders refused for reasons other than shipping errors or damage may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with any applicable shipping charges.

Price Match Guarantee
